While there is not a registration deadline for camps, to maximize one-on-one coaching, participants are urged to register early to ensure our ability to accommodate you. All registration documents and payment must be completed and submitted prior to attending a camp. Payment should be cash, check or cashier’s check sent to Luke Donovan and made payable to On-The-Line Specialty Camps.
The Registration and Medical Release forms will send your information securely to Luke Donovan and will not be sent to any other parties. If, for any reason, you do not wish to send them over the web please contact Luke by phone.
Please fill out both the Camp Registration and Medical Release forms in order to fully register for camp(s).
